A man was sitting there and was talking to her about some great books. He bent down and groaned. He had had back pain for 35 years. She said, "God could heal you." He said, "God would not want to heal me." She said, "Let's just pray." He was healed and he ended up giving his life to Christ. His daughter had been praying for him to come to the Lord.
An intern was standing in line at second-year registration when her friend asked for prayer for his wrist, which he had fractured three years ago. It had been nagging him with constant pain for a week and a half. The day before this, while praying for the second-year students, she asked God to heal people, particularly of broken bones, as they walked in the doors. So she told the friend, "Instead of praying, walk through the door," and his pain went from a level of 7 to 1. Then he walked through again, and he could no longer feel the pain.
